Job description
1. Provide in-depth pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers, including technical consultation, product selection, and problem diagnosis.
2. Understand and analyze specific customer application requirements to develop and demonstrate the most suitable technical solutions.
3. Prepare and deliver product technical presentations, demonstrations, and on-site tests to effectively showcase product value.
4. Assist the sales team by participating in technical discussions with customers, providing technical sales support.
5. Collect and analyze market feedback and customer needs, providing suggestions for product improvement to R&D and product management departments.
6. Prepare technical documentation, application notes, user guides, etc.
7. Conduct product training for customers and channel partners.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly exp lain complex concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
3. Strong customer service orientation, with the patience to listen to and understand customer needs.
4. Quick learning ability to gain a deep understanding of company products and technologies.
5. Willingness to travel short-term to support marketing events and address customer issues.
6. Prior experience in solution sales or technical support is preferred.
7. English proficiency is required for the workplace, and Japanese language skills are preferred.
